The Fluorescence Imaging and Processing Software FIPS was especially developed for imaging of microarrays. It is easy to use and provides state-of-the-art tools for enhanced image analysis. FIPS is included in the BioAnalyzer system but might also be used as a stand-alone image analysis software. |
